Econo Lodge Augusta North - Washington Road

The tub porcelain was broken with ground in dirt and some pink stain. There was also a hole in the wall.

It was really bad. I could not stay. I left without unpacking myvbags. The water in the shower did not drsin.

Staff at the desk were nice. There's a loud bar next to the property and the hit water didn't work

The front desk staff was nice at check in. It was fairly quiet and there were several places within walking distance to get breakfast/coffee/etc. There is no sign on the building that I could see, so I wasn't even sure we were at the right place until we went inside.

There was no breakfast. As a matter of fact, the front office was locked when we tried to check out. Our room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom sink, cigarette stains on the bathtub, and what looked to be black mold on the wall in the bathroom. There was also crumbs and what looked like a pubic hair on one of the thin textured sheets that passed for a blanket. There was no toilet paper provided in our room and only one towel (not that I used the bath tub anyway). There were also dirty handprints on the bathroom door. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable - it was like sleeping on a wooden floor with a sheet and the pillows were flat.

Checked in asked, for a wake up called, and the room looked like it has never been clean. Old towels, no hot water. Bathtub had dirt and lots of hair in it the lights didn't work and the phone wasn't even connected . Changes room, and the was dirty and there no towels and phone wire has been cut. Carpet was dirty, the fridge wasn't clean. Wanted to leave, but had to pay up front when making reservation. No breakfast at all either. Don't always believe what you read. All was lies.
