horrid. do not book here this is not a basic La Quinta this place is gross here pictures don't lie. yes, we did stay it's hard to pay for two rooms while you wait for a refund we went and got our own sheets and made the best of a terrible mistake don't book here washing everything, we took so i don't bring anything home with me

I booked for two days but only stayed one. The place was disgusting, dirty and full of roaches (I have proof). The room smelled awful, there were stains everywhere, and I saw roaches crawling on the walls and even on the bed. It was a complete nightmare. This place should be shut down.

It took us an hour and a half to check in there was only one service attendant. This was during the Mardi Gras and we were taking a cruise the next day.. they should’ve had more than one person work in the counter. They could not find our reservation so when I got on the phone with a Agoda they tried to call La Quinta, but the service guy kept on putting him on hold. I finally got upset and told him to answer the phone so that we can get a room.. we end up having to cancel with a Agoda but he would not give us a good deal so it cost us $178 Canadian. our original booking was for $88. It also came with a continental breakfast.. so the first time he gave us our key card we went to go inside and it was already occupied by another tendon we could’ve walked in on them having sex. We walked back to the counter, telling him that he screwed up. We finally get our room. And what happens overnight I had a cockroach crawl right across my sheet. I freaked out. Because when this happened, I was watching Jurassic World on TV.. all night I slept with the light on when we got up in the morning. I didn’t wanna take a shower, but my husband insisted. When I started running the water and returned to the tub I noticed another cockroach.. by that time I blew up and when we went to the front counter, we explained the situation to the lady who was working at first she would not reimburse us until I told her the story of the the screwup with the first key card and how we could’ve walked in on a bad situation. That’s when she decided to reimburse us. We also heard that it’s not just La Quinta that had cockroaches apparently that bad snowstorm they had even expensive hotels said that they had cockroaches there as well. The gentleman at the counter the night we checked in and said he’s only been there five days and he had two hours of training.. never again

Alright so this place is bad… like if Oscar the grouch looked at this place he would say “this dumpster fire is brought to you by the letter T for terrible!!” Family member said they tried the free continental breakfast and the staff told them “the cereal is for kids” like what?!? The slumlords saw one “trix is for kids” commercial and took that to heart!! Please do NOT stay here like ever!! You’ve been warned!!

This place was the WORST! The first room was FILTHY! Dirty walls and floors, black mold on the bathroom ceiling and bath mat as well as stained bedding. They moved us to a slightly less filthy room where the walls and floors were dirty, the smoke alarm looked like it had been burned and there were ROACHES! They offered to move us but that room was just as bad and had dead roaches inside the microwave. The staff was nice and agreed that the hotel is in dire need of cleaning, repairs and updates but were unable to do anything because the owners do not provide proper cleaning supplies and fail to maintain the property or do needed repairs and updates. The breakfast was basic hotel fare but the waffle maker did not work and the coffee was not hot. Overall if I could give this place a less than ZERO rating I would!

Free parking is nice, but the room, especially the bathroom needs a lot of work done, baseboard falling off the wall, floor has big gaps, needs replaced, shower needs cleaned

Overall price is cheap but rooms need to be cleaner and fridges in all rooms and working hair dryers.

The check-in process was a nightmare, and within 15 minutes of arriving at the room, I received a refund and left. The smell of Marijuana was so potent, I could barely breathe. The room had years of neglect and grime build-up. It was so disgusting that it was not good for my health.

Wish I'd have taken pics. Mold smell and covered ceiling and curtains which were torn. Sheets stained. I was afraid to walk on carpet.
