Sulphur Extended Stay

The staff was very helpful, The rooms showed a great deal of value and have improved, dramatically from my stay a month ago. This was a much more pleasant experience and I found that I will come more often to stay here the price was very reasonable for great service.

I've given them a chance a couple of times and every time same issue ..TV"S never work !!!!

Breakfast was horrible. Missing waffle mic, utensils, napkins. No one at the front desk in the morning. Lady working in the evening was very good and helpful

One of the best experiences me comfortable sleeps I’ve had , breakfast was minimal but staff made up for it . Great Staff , this was such a great experience and will definitely choose to stay again , right off the interstate and close to restaurants

This hotel is run down and disgusting. Where to even begin. My room had no towels, no trash can, and no hot water. There were overflowing trash cans by the stairs. My coworker checked in and got a room with mold all over the wall and ceiling, and the AC leaking a puddle in the room. When they brought this to the attention of the front desk, the girl gave coworkers an attitude, rolling her eyes and put her in a different room. That room had a stopped up toilet like someone had the worst BM and the hotel didn't clean it. There are broken doors and windows all over the place, and I don't know if they're fixing things or not. But don't take your chances with this hotel.

0/5 stars. Woke up to see cockroach crawling on the floor. Got into the room to find no towels or toilet paper. I walked down to the front desk to get some and I’m told that they’ll bring them up. Took 20 minutes and the towels were super small. Took a shower and it was almost all cold water, one of the workers came out and told us he’d come and take a look at it and never came back. He also lied and said the front desk phone was broken when I heard the line ringing. The comforter was stained and I didn’t even bother trying to get a new one from the front. Used the spare wool comforter instead. Mirrors looked like they got wiped down with toilet water. Motel 6 would’ve been cleaner. Breakfast was awful, only terrible waffles that I spit out immediately and one cereal, the coffee was already cold by 7am. Tried to check out but couldn’t cuz the front desk lady was smoking and never came back in. I just told her my room number but who knows when she did it

The a/c unit was very loud - we couldn’t hear the TV over the noise. Wires were exposed in room. Toilet was running the entire time we were there. Towels were rust stained. Only 1 pillow on bed. Lamp was not working. Almost no lights in parking lot. Very disappointed. Trash outside room.

Not a good place needs to be redone not in good condition
