Sulphur Extended Stay

There were roaches, no hot water, very dirty but office staff was great!

Literally blood stains in the sheets and roaches on the bed. The TV had no remote and was on when I arrived, there were muddy boot prints in the bathroom, the sink leaked underneath onto the floor, and you can be serenaded by cats fighting and highway noise.

Property had no toilet paper in the restroom. Listing said double queen beds and they were not. They were full size beds. Had mold in the bathroom. Disgusting place

The bed was old and wore out it sunk down in the middle we kept rolling towards the middle. It squeaked horribly anytime you move in the bed, there was no light in the bathroom over the mirror just all around a bad stay.

This is insane everything is so outdated and disgusting dirty

We had to move to three to 4 different rooms cause nothing worked and the final room tv did not work

Unfortunately, I have to gripe about my stay in room 108. I want to start by saying I wasn’t impressed at all for this hotel being listed as recently renovated in 2023. The ceiling was full of damage, likely from a water leak upstairs that was never repaired. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and we got stuck in the bathroom several times because of the faulty door. The cable barely worked, with only 2 or 3 channels available. The hotel looked very run down both inside and out. The pool was full of bugs (ants, live ants, and bees), and there were no pool towels available. Leaves were scattered in the pool, the pool deck was run down, the lounge chairs had holes in them, and there was poison ivy around the fence. Some of the popcorn ceiling was missing due to water damage in the room. The breakfast options were very limited: make your own waffles (using a communal tub of butter and syrup) and Corn Flakes cereal (with no bowls and milk from two Great Value brand 2% gallons). The lady working on Saturday night was rude to my wife when she asked for a broom to clean up a mess our one-year-old son made in our room. On the upside, the beds were comfortable, and the staff members I dealt with were polite. However, the AC was set to 60°, but it felt like it was constantly over 70° the entire weekend. The parking lot was in poor condition with small holes causing puddles. The bathroom toilets flushed extremely slowly, requiring the handle to be held down for about a minute to flush fully. The tub was dirty when we arrived, with black spots in the corners. They also had vending machines that were hardly even stocked. They also only include only 2 pillows per bed in a double room, so be sure to bring your own if you can’t sleep with only 2. The tv also had the stripping around the screen off in our room.

Hotel was really sketchy, not welll maintained. Walk ways werent lit for safety. Got there and only car in the parking lot was desk clerk. Lobby was clean an maintained. Clerk was friendly. After check in we were point where to park. Found out a big part of the rooms we emptied out pof all furniture and doors unloicked. This is a safety concern. There was no lights on the walk ways. The roonmn we checked into was realy ran down and and lacked cleaning. Bed was very old and could feel the springs. Pillows were size of small throw pillows and flat. One of fisrt things i do is check mattress for bed bugs. Well it was filthy with i cant even tell what it was, stains and body hair. At this point we decided to leave. Door was locked to office so we didnt even get chance to try to get a refund. Dont belive the reviews. This place was in worst shape than so of the rooms in third world countries i have visited

Room was nice no bugs stull under remodeling but coming along beautifully
