Sulphur Extended Stay

This was the nastiest room I’ve ever seen in my life. It reeked of bug spray, there was zero toilet paper and the shower had a constant leak with the shower curtain having black mold halfway up. I asked for another room and I’m assuming there wasn’t anything better available and then requested a cancellation and a refund. There is no way this place is or can be part of the Marriott chain. I will never book another room there. Luckily I was able to secure another room across the street that was clean. Days Inn you need to do better-this is unacceptable.

I liked I finally got a room. I didn’t like having to wait about 45 minutes for the hotel receptionist to come to the property to check us in.

The front desk attendant was great. She looked for a room that was clean, had water, a toilet that flushed and hot water for a shower after a long drive. She did the best she could with what she had to work with and found one after 4 tries in an hours time. I applaud her effort. That was the saving grace of my stay. Breakfast was black coffee and orange juice in a soda bottle. There is no way this is a Wyndham property. I should have read the reviews but I didn't based on the Wyndham signage.

Rattiest place I ever stayed in. Mold on walls and shower curtain dingy yellowish towels and beds weren’t clean. Cable didn’t work and no wifi. When went to get my deposit there was no one there in lobby working had to get housekeeping to find someone to help me after a 45 minute wait. Need to shut it down.

Someone is going to get very hurt here. It was an abandoned building! Furthermore i highly doubt your meeting Wyndham knows your operating under their name as this property would never pass an inspection.

--No Working Smoke Detector--wouldn't do anything about it.Not as pictured on website-bait & switch.Mgr & employees unaccommodating. Stains in toilet & tub, faucet drips, towels stained. Curtains ripped. Gap between door & frame, light missing bulb. Felt very unsafe at this property. Parking lot breaking up, sidewalk chipped, rooms & entire property need updating. Garbage can overflowing for days, breakfast not available during entire time listed

They are pet friendly. That being said, they first gave us a pet room. When we walked into the room the smell was awful. It was clear the room had not been cleaned in probably a long time. You could tell someone/had slept on the beds. The floor was disgusting and there was toothpaste all over the mirror. We asked for a second room. While this room was better, I believe it still has carpet, it was missing several pillows and the TV did not work. We were "upgraded" to a renovated room with a smart TV. The floor was laminate which was better than the nasty carpet but it was obvious it hadn't been swept in who knows how long. The TV worked. I would not stay here again.

In the morning there was no staff to attend customers. Everything at breakfast was empty. The room was dirty.. sheets and restroom. No toilet paper. Yeah not cool and not booking again. Definitely don't recommend.

I am was traveling with my 4 yr old grandson. After 12 hours of druving with a toddler, all I wanted was to be able to relax and unwind from the road and to let the little guy calm down with some tv before bed. That didnt happen. The wifi didnt work so therefore no tv. Luckily, had a box of toys i dug out of the trunk that kept him busy. I had tp go ask at the front desk for towels. There were 0 in the room. Made multiple calls ti front desk about the wifi/tv only to be told it was weather related. There was no bad weather I highly recommend not booking with this hotel

Get a receipt before you leave, it has been several days after they said they would email one to me and have received nothing. Rooms are horrible, tv doesn’t have but a few channels, they gave me wash clothes as towels, the bed was made up with the sheet on top the blanket under it. Please never stay at this place, it is extremely bad.
