"Good"

A lawn care person broke a water line and water was everywhere for several hours. There was nobody available to know or call with the hotel that could assist to shut it off to repair. Later that evening all water was shut off with no notice to all the hotel and was still out in the morning. Horrible.

"Worse experience ever"

Our stay was awful from beginning to end. The desk clerk was rude when we checked in. Our room was filthy. There was black mold halfway up the shower curtain and there was no hot water. At checkout we tolda different front desk clerk and she smiled and said tere was nothing she could do. The continental breakfast was non existent. They didn't even have sugar for the coffee.

"Keep driving "

Not good! Upon arrival, the check-in took 10 minutes. Even after I had pre-checked online, the room AC did not work very well. There was no Kleenex, and only one roll of TP. The bed was semi comfortable although bed sheets fell sticky. The towels were disgusting with yellow stains on them. If you're a trucker maybe, but I was a single woman. Bring your own bed sheets and towels is my suggestion.

I waited in the lobby for close to an hour before I was able to check in The tv has no signal The sink had vomit in it and was stopped up in the drain There was no hot water in the shower

Only 5 cars in the parking lot and they couldn’t accommodate a smoking room. Most rooms were not operable. Door handles/locks missing or falling off. Very glad a stranger didn’t try getting in our room overnight. We did have a tv but no sound. Most basic room imaginable. Not sure when towels were last bleached. Only 1 was white the others all off colored white. I see why there was a giant sign on the wall saying even if you decide to not stay for personal reasons you will still be charged. Whew. We got a real sulphur experience staying here. Embarrassing to call this place a part of Wyndham.

The lady was sleep when I got there. The first room was dirty, the second room still had trash in the trash can. The TV didn't work. They also charged me $75 for a deposit, that I haven't received back yet.

"A bad place to spend the night"

Got reservations thru hotels.com. The hotel is in deplorable condition. I wouldn’t let a pet stay there. They gave me a room where the tv didn’t work so I went back down to the office to get another room well this one was the same as the one before then I went to office again to get my money back. Attendant gave me a copy of my return which the printer didn’t work too good and can hardly read it. My funds are supposed to be refunded to my card but I don’t trust this outfit, I’ll have to check my credit card account to see. It was a bad situation. This hotel should not be listed. Please check the place out, it is a horror story. If I have a problem with my refund who can I contact at hotels.com. "DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION/POOR CONDITIONS"

Check-in experience was so off-putting I almost left. Had I not been temporar stranded due to car breakdown, I would have. The staff member was eating when I came in and was clearly very annoyed I interrupted her, even though I apologized (unnecessarily). She was incredibly slow and VERY unfriendly. The paperwork printed completely illegibly, too, so I really have no idea what I signed. The worst part though, was her judgmental look and accusatory asking, “Do you actually need the handicapped room?” And when I answered, “Yes,” she then demanded to know if I had a handicap tag or something. THIS IS PATENTLY ILLEGAL TO ASK UNDER ADA. I again said, “Yes, I do.” And she continued to have an attitude about it. Even though I do not have to, and she cannot legally ask, I offered that sometimes I walk independently, sometimes I use forearm crutches, and sometimes I use a wheelchair. She simply huffed and ignored me while finishing her job that she CLEARLY hates. It is none of her business what my disability is and it is illegal for her to ask and repugnant to imply I do not have one. This facility and Days Inn corporate will be reported for ADA violations today and further action will be pursued. Full reviews will also be left on all travel sites and distributed to online disability advocates/influencers. This is absolutely shameful. Room has tons of damage. No blanket or comforter. No cable channels. Not clean. Horrible facility!!
