The room was dirty they use Wydmham and I mistakenly book Wong hotel

I was not able to even check in. I arrived at the property at 8:00 and sat in the lobby til 9:30/10. No one was in the lobby at all. Not to mention the room was non-refundable. Please avoid being stolen from because I lost out on $70. I did not get my room. I cannot get a refund and no one is answering for me to talk to a supervisor. Just do not attempt to stay here.

Stained sheets and towels did not look washed, false advertisement and we did not get breakfast

Online this is a beautiful hotel but when I arrived it looked vacant but I got down because I had already reserved a 2 bed room well I get down and the girl at the desk was very rude and told me she couldn't give me the 2 bed room because of the television not working. She also stayed she could not refund me because I got the room thru this site.

The entire place is filled with stains hair and grease. We were moved rooms and the room was no better than the last. Completely disgusting. Asked for new sheets towels and blankets and it took over 6 hours and still only got two fitted sheets and two towels and a rag. We slept with a fitted sheet as a blanket due to lack of resources at the hotel. The stains and lack of cleanliness was beyond anything I'd ever seen and you didn't have to look too hard to find the problems. Broken towel racks etc. not worth paying to stay at. Do better.

Great staff and location

I drove up and it appeared to be an abandoned building waiting to be torn down. Had to wait for desk person 20 minutes. Room had peeling walls and marks on the walls. Bed sheets were dirty. No glasses to drink water in room.

It was absolutely disgusting! Rotting wood, roaches, the shower was stuck on and would not relocate me, pictures DO NOT match what’s online. You couldn’t pay me to stay in this dump again!
