Bugs all over the room, no to maintained facilities

Nice staff the manager is very helpful and doing his best to get the location looking and running better close to local attractions right off the highway decent price could be better with cartoon network or fox or HBO but all and all can't complain

Got to not touch up paint need to paint that matches

Nasty, don't book here, front desk personnel is never there, breakfast was horrible I found food in the microwave, everything was dirty I can't imagine using the pool They charge your reservation one day before your stay, and then is hard to cancel it

This hotel was terrible, dirty terrible customer service no one at the front counter always a phone number to call to get service and advertises a continental breakfast They do not provide anything it’s there, but they don’t provide possibly the worst hotel quite a while will not be staying again

Horrible experience, the room was nowhere near what was pictured online. Staff were less than accommadating. There was a deposit nowhere mentioned upon booking. The room was outdated, dirty,and smelled. The mini fridge ancmicrowave had no where to plug in therefore we had to move furniture in order to be able to plug in and use them. The towels were like handtowels the water was yellow. The air conditioning was either off or full blast no in between and it continuously made a high pitched chucking train noise while running. There was no free breakfast as mentioned.staff was difficult to find especially at check out time when it was time to give deposits back. Most people were just writing their names on papers attached to the room keys and leaving them at the front desk. Not recommending to anyone.

Nobody is ever at the front desk, when i arrived i had to wait 4 hours until someone showed up, when i checked out i had to check out on my phone and leave the card on the computer with a sticky note i called the number on their little sign and noone answered, stayed 5 days and noone ever came to clean my room or at least change towels

Not so good no one is ever at front desk. No one answers the phone. Lienens were dingy. Tv didnt turn off. Thats just to name a few 13 tv channels, no soap in bathroom, etc.

Dingy bed linens, no toiletries, no toilet paper, no bath mats, no ice bucket or plastic glasses 2 water bottles in fridge from previous guests, then in the morning...breakfast was unacceptable... they only had waffle mix, maybe 4 Styrofoam cups, no coffee, no syrup, two forks, 3 spoons, a handfull of plates. I had to call customer service so that i coukd check out and so that the could get me syrup and coffee.

Smell like bug spray, no towels the vanity and toilet was very greasy. I could not stay there. I had to leave and wasted my money.
