Hampton Inn Bloomington

Amazing! We had a planned company retreat and stayed at this location. The entire Hampton Inn team was amazing! Rachel, Tiffany, Dave, Deontae, were so accommodating and friendly. We couldn't not have been an happier. The hotel was clean, affordable and their meeting room was a perfect size for our team of 15.

We had a wonderful stay. Room we stayed in was perfectly set up. Deonte was very helpful throughout our weekend. Hot breakfast was a great start to each day. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

Dave at the front desk was amazing! He was friendly and courteous and went out of his way to make things easy. I had to call and change my reservation and he was just so helpful. He greeted us as we came in and as we left, made us feel so welcome! We will definitely be back as our daughter goes to IU this year!!

5 minutes from IU campus. Very convenient for Orientation or any other event. Free parking.

First night was bad because the mattress was sinking to the middle. Door lock did not work. I talked to the front desk and mattress was fixed bur lock no. No wardrobe or safe in the room, something very standard in this hotel chain. Very disappointing. Breakfast options limited compared to others Hampton that I have been recently. Lot of movement of construction workers from a construction at the street in and out the hotel.

The pictures are very deceiving, likely photo shopped, the real property looks nothing like it. Probably hasn't been updated in years. Breakfast is just ok, nothing to ride home about.

The beds were very comfortable and had a good night's sleep. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends traveling in the area. Thank you for giving us such a great experience.

The property was clean and updated, however the room was muggy even though the AC was set to 69/70. The breakfast selection was mediocre, however there were youth baseball teams staying for the weekend so that could have accounted for the lack of quantity.

This Hilton property was cramped and the room was not very clean. We walked in and it smelled like old shoes. Cardboard garbage was under the desk. The window blind was torn and difficult to operate. The breakfast was unappetizing and frankly gross. Sparse. The meal seating area was poorly lighted and packed with people. I do not know who makes decisions on warm food offerings but serving dried biscuits with no gravy and overcooked rubbery ham and eggs is not a favorite among most Midwestern consumers. The number of Hilton-run options in Bloomington are limited. Stay near the Indy airport and avoid this local site. The employees were gracious and kind but I think corporate needs to offer them additional support to achieve the consistency customers expect among properties.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast potatoes were delicious. Clean rooms.
