Hampton Inn Bloomington

Location was good

Do not stay here! They towed our car along with 20 other cars. They are in some kind of scam with the towing company in town. The front desk did not tell us if we didn’t put our tag on the car we would be paid. We woke up and thought our car was stolen. This is the worst place ever and locks on doors didn’t work. Awful and imagine having to pay another $200 to get your car back at a place that should be helping you have an enjoyable stay

Location is excellent. The shower is awesome

This is usually my go to hotel. The last two times the carpet has been damp on the verge of wet. Also, I know this is a common practice but price gouging is really disgusting. Because the college kids are coming back prices skyrocket. Also the wifi wouldn’t connect.

It requires a renovation of carpets

I was there for my grandson's baseball tournament and I took his electronics and hide them from him so they would relax and prepare for the next day's game. Next morning we checked out and left at the game I realize the electronics was left in the room. I called hotel and Krupal at the front desk was so helpful and by that time the lady Ashley who cleaned or room had called my daughter in law about the left electronics. The honesty of Ashley was well noted and I so appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was very clean and near everthing. The customer service is outstanding. If I am ever in that area again I will definitely stay at this location. Thanks again Ashley you are a Awesome woman

Nice enough hotel. A bit older than other Hamptons, but it’s fine. It’s odd they don’t have microwaves in the rooms. That’s a minor annoyance though.

It was clean

Very informal and easy to use.

Staff was nice. However, our room was not as nice as most Hampton Inns. It smelled. The fridge was broken, and the ceiling in the bathroom was brown. There was also a man sleeping in his car in the parking lot when we were looking for a space.

Great location. Excellent HOT breakfast spread.

The location was very accessible and convenient. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the breakfast was delicious! Lots of choices!
