"Fantastic"

Dave at the front desk was amazing and helpful and was always glad to help me with any questions I had. Even after being difficult with certain things he was still always willing to help. And if he didn’t have the answer he was willing to go above and beyond .

"Good"

Liked the location. It was near Indiana University where I needed to be. Staff was nice. My room was smelly, musky, like the smell from wet carpet. Also the shower was kind of clogged, water accumulated in the tub and didn’t drain right away. There’s no closet in the room, just a space behind the curtain that serves as a “closet” Breakfast wasn’t great either! I won’t be staying at this property again.

"Unfortunately we were not happy and left early."

The location was nice however construction made it slightly difficult to reach the property. Also staff was helpful, just wasn’t able to remedy the situation.

Cleanliness was not to standard, hall carpets were dirty. The room specifically had stains on the carpet, chairs and 1 of the pillow cases. The bigger concerns were the smell and A/C unit. It was a strange musty smell, in addition the humidity level was very high. Every thing felt wet all the time. The next day we asked for a replacement room but instantly walking in same smell. We decided to leave early.

Everything was fine. We were here for NSO for IU and we were close to campus and the location was convenient for everything we needed. Staff was very courteous and efficient. Hotel was clean. We had a nice stay. Thank you.
