The breakfast was good and Lil pricey. Same as dinner, pricey

The receptionist her name was Kim, was really rude. She made it really difficult to check in. Made me kinda feel like we should have stayed somewhere else. We have a reservation, so I gave her the reservation code, she then told us that it wasn't from them, that we must be at the wrong place. I gave my name, she said nope wrong place. Then when i said we'll my card was charged from here I want a refund ,she then found us in the system. Then told me she needed a copy of my license. I gave them to her she just looks at it and hands it back no copy. She was just completely rude.

"Was a great stay just wish cost was better so could stay more often. Pool was great."

The breakfast was very good. Room I booked did not work for us it was not handicapped acceptable (which I thought I asked for) so worker did accommodate us with the room we needed. Room was good but sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Lady at front desk was very very nice and helpful.

Price could be better. Room was close to pool and restaurants.
