Nice quiet location and comfortable. Great views and easy access to beach.

Need more pet friendly rooms on ground with a full kitchenette. Hard to prepare dog dishes and wash in bathroom . Also supply of paper towels It was hard to get bottle water, do not like drinking out of bathroom spigot.

Awesome, chill location right next to dining and a quick walk down to the beach. Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The perfect location away from the crowds for a rest and recharge.

The hotel has been maintained well. The room was clean and large enough. We had an ocean front room with a balcony. The view was really beautiful. The hotel furnished bikes we could check out for two hours each day. We rode the bikes to Driftwood Beach, which was quite a treat. It happens that the island was very foggy when we went, which gave the beach a rally eerie look. The kids loved the heated pool. The beach in front of the hotel was very wide, level and uncrowded in March. We were able to walk up the convention center and the ocean beach shops.

The facility is pet friendly and we took a suite which was perfect for our dog. The beach is right outside and the dog loved running along the beach.

Everyone, especially Tasheen Bradley, was very helpful! Place was clean. Great location with all the walking trails and the beach! Highly recommend!

Molly our dog and us all enjoyed our 2 month stay at the Holiday Inn Resort at Jekyll Island, Georgia. We always enjoy our stays at Holiday Inn at Jekyll Island, Dalton makes sure that we get a great rate, coffee cards to enjoy coffee at their third floor Coffee Room, even though they have free coffee in the machine at the lobby. Linda, who runs the coffee room, is a true Jekyll Island Treasure, The noise level at our second floor room is very quiet, I took cards and names of many employees, but at present have not located them, the front desk employees are all very user friendly, they have a container of dog biscuits for your pups, A few names that come to mind that we had excellent experiences with that are employees are, Dalton, Nathen, Jacob, Donna, and Maryli who was our housekeeper. we had absolutely no experiences which were negative while there, and We hope that each and every employee whether named in this or not is commended for their wonderful service.

Clean, beautiful resort with friendly staff and oceanside

Hot water was just warm and the bathroom light flickered the entire time, the breakfast buffet was the standard contental breakfast that would cost $20 and the free coffee was horrible

Safe group trip! Wellness and fitness ! D.P.H, hope to go soon! Business pleasure and pics! Happy healthy, exercise. ! Fun safe and no animals,off season rates! Walk yo beach shoppes eat drink and sleep!

We booked this hotel as a last minute decision - so glad we did! The bunk room was perfect for our 3 kids - was so nice having the extra space. The location was nice, we definitely took advantage of the kids eat free option (as well as enjoyed some other local restaurants!). Best of all the staff was SO great to our family. They went above and beyond a few times (my older kids were very proud it was our youngest’s bday and made sure everyone knew, they hotel delivered :)). Our crew is sad to be home and cant wait to go back!
