The Alder at Resorts World Catskills

Good place

2 actual bars between both the casino and the hotel which is walking distance of 1 city block between. Restaurants are booked in advance - and booked thru Expedia and was told my reservation was not accepted when trying to check in. Whole experience was not something I enjoyed

We were expecting way better for as expensive as this room was. We booked a king room but wound up with 2 full sizes beds. The chair next to the bed was broken as was the coffee maker. Mini fridge was so full of ice we couldnt use it. Needs to be defrosted and cleaned. Not impressed. Ive had better for much less.

Rooms a lottle dated but overall really nice vibe. Bathrooms can use a lift...also no robes and slippers

Very clean. Variety of restaurants to enjoy a meal. Activities and games to enjoy with family.

I reserved a king size bed but when I checked in they told me they only had double beds available.

I preferred this hotel to the main hotel because it was more of a boutique hotel but unfortunately they are understaffed. Our friends who are staying here as well never had their room made up. Someone from other hotel had to be called over to help with luggage. And although food was very good and waitstaff was so nice it took a very long time to be served dinner at the steakhouse.
