The Alder at Resorts World Catskills

It was a great stay only thing I would give thumbs down in is cleanliness the halls had debris and they are sticklers for time had someone knock on my door 8 min before late check out which btw you pay $25 per hour past 11 am then again in 10 minutes this time the guy did a half knock then let himself in via key while I was waiting for my husband just be dressed and ready for any inconvenience honestly 🙄

Classy, clean, great food options.

Wonderful location with plenty to do right at the resort. We LOVED the amenities and the space. The only challenge we encountered was the staff at the front desk was not clear on directions to where things were on the property including our room. It took us a bit to find things. A map or someone with clearer directions would of been helpful.

We stopped for the night while traveling through the Catskills. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and walk-in showers. The pool is in the main casino - we did not go in but it looked fabulous and we will return when we have more time. We really enjoyed our dinner at Cellaio.

Excellent although we would have liked a shuttle to/from Monticello Raceway and horse racing in sports betting area of casino.

We booked 2 beds but only one bed was offered at checked in

Convenient and nice

Everyone was really nice. Tacos by the bar were great - very nice surprise. Long wait for breakfast in the casino and just ok. Room was clean and quiet.
