The hotel was convenient for where I was working. And it was fairly clean other than the housekeeping must have forgot to remove it. Leftovers out of the fridge, other than that, the state was very decent

I like the fact that this Hotel was a short walk from the Casino. The dining options were great.

From the start our stay was less than ok. We didnt get the room we ordered, ordered a king , got a double queen basic room. 2 days for over 700. We shoulda stayed in the hampton inn down the road.

It was raining and there wasn't any shelter area from the Alder to the casino floor, after leaving pool area I had to get back out in the cold to head back to the Alder(needs to join the building at leàst a covering to get from one side to the next).

Room was great except for the very noisy heating/AC unit. The parking lot was not well plowed with ice patches in lots of spots. The walkways were a bit messy also. But overall, a great and fun place to stay. The restaurants at the main building are great.

We had a reservation at the Alder Hotel but when we got here, they said it was closed. So they put us in Resorts which is fine, but we are 4 people and they gave us a room with a Ling and tried to Jo the price. Totally ridiculous.
