Four Seasons Chicago

We had a wonderful time at the Four Seasons Chicago. The staff was very attentive overall, but Irena behind the bar at the Adorn really was the icing on the cake for us. She was extremely hospitable, knowledgeable of the bar menu and simply just a true enjoyment to our stay.

10 stars for the team. Iryna was a delight at the bar as we started our day Saturday and Sunday. Grace was wonderful Monday. Thanks so much! We will be back.

Absolutely exceptional hotel made more memorable because of the staff such as Kristen Klus - Head Concierge and Guest Relations Manager. She went over and above to make everything perfect even including special seats in their Speakeasy secret bar. We stayed for the marathon and the hotel pulled all the stops out to make our marathon runner feel so special. Carefully curated gifts, early breakfast station, shuttle service and post marathon recovery station. We even had poster making and bracelet making. It made the whole trip so special and this really is one exceptional hotel. Thank you Kristen and your amazing team. Loved every minute of our stay x

What a wonderful two days! I started out in a one bedroom, living room, lake view room. I mentioned that the sofa was uncomfortable and asked if there was another similar room with a more comfortable one. The Manager, Melisa, upgraded me to one of the newly decorated suites with a huge living room and a guest powder room. It was so much more space than I needed but wow, it was a pleasure enjoying all the room. The service throughout the hotel was A plus as always. Thank you, Melisa and staff.

The location of the Four Seasons Chicago is situated in the heart of the gold coast., Walking into the hotel you get the special feeling that you're in a luxury hotel with beautiful flowers and warm furnishings. The staff at check in were warm and could not have been more attentive. We were attending a wedding at the hotel that night and when I booked our reservation I reached out to Jade and Lauren ( Reservations Managers) since the room block was already at capacity. I was called back by Lauren who took control and found a way to get us an awesome executive suite at the wedding rate. The room was perfect but the view was to die for as seen in the attached photo. There was a card from Lauren waiting with a box of yummy truffles. The wedding in the ballroom was perfect in every way. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. On the way out of the hotel the valet and gentleman who loaded up our car could not have been nicer. In conclusion our stay in the Four Seasons was top of the charts. I look forward to another visit in the future.

Awesome experience! Staff are highly professional and friendly. They treat you like you're they're only customer. Beautiful view of the lake. Rooms are super clean and quiet. Staff were on top of everything. In room dining was superb as well. A great place to spend a few nights in Chicago.

The room was okay. The bath tub had mold under the marble, hard to see unless you were in the bath. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet. Food and service was top notch. Checking in at the front desk wasn't very good. I looked rough and wasn't dressed for the part, but it's no excuse. I came back after viewing my reservation to make sure I had all the dinning credits after being told something different and a late check out. All other interactions with the front desk were five star quality. Also the attendant in the gym, pool and the service at the bar was fantastic. I just ate, didn't drink.

Another terrific stay and the Four Seasons Chicago! It's my home away from home in Chicago. Great rooms, great food, great facilities, great service. Thanks!

Fantastic two night stay. Amazing service from check-in through checkout. The woman that assisted us with trip planning was engaging and knowledgeable. See photo. Wonderful lobby. Fast, dependable elevators. I wanted to recognize how fabulous the room attendance were in every possible way! Large room with a great view. Very comfortable bed! Superior service in terms of turn down, the cleanliness of the room, and the friendly greetings from everyone that I passed during my stay that worked at this fine hotel. Great bathroom too and lots of hot water! Highly recommend this hotel on a trip to Chicago!

Gorgeous Renovation! Four Seasons never disappoints! The service is beyond excellent, and the staff is welcoming and accommodating, even for the fussiest of travelers! I miss the old Bar, where you could sip a cocktail amongst the millionaire powerhouses!
