Some of the best staff I’ve ever interacted with. Wonderful spa and fitness facilities. Great location in Chicago as well.

I was in Chicago for a business conference and had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons. From the moment I pulled up to the Valet I was treated with courtesy and respect. Every staff member that i encountered was polite and helpful. The amenities are top notch, and the location is outstanding. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk away. I highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons.

We live in the suburbs of Chicago and Chicago has some of the finest hotels in the world. The competition is fierce but we always end up on Michigan and East Delaware at the Four Seasons. We've literally stayed here 8 times in the last 18 months! Why? Because they care. They truly care about your experience and go above and beyond to see that they fulfill it. There's nothing like pulling up and the valet person says "Welcome to the Four Seasons" and I hand him the keys and they take all the luggage. From that moment on we know we're in for a first-class stay. Simple things like making eye contact, a smile, a "good afternoon". The rooms have stunning views of the cityscape and are understated luxury, not gaudy and over the top, true quality furniture and accommodations - oh and that bed! Say no more. The TV really works well too. Thick bathroom towels, wash cloths and robes (I don't even own one but I wear one here). Adorn, their bar and restaurant is classy and timeless. Can I sit on the couch in the middle of the restaurant just to have a glass of wine? No problem. Oh and the wine - I don't know where they find some of the offerings. Light and live DJ music in the bar gets you in the mood for the evening. The accessibility to the 900 Shops Mall is another benefit - when it's subzero outside you can leave your coat in the room and get all your shopping done. Without it on your shoulders. All in all, this hotel is the best of the best. I've stayed at many FS properties but this one, in our backyard, is the one we've stayed at more than any - and there's a good reason. It's worth every penny.

Exceptional hotel that tries to go the extra mile. Great location, facility and staff. Felt appreciated and wanted. Attended a wedding and they did an outstanding job. Tried to watch football in the bar and they were showing mood scenes. Maintenance man came and got the games and it was greatly appreciated.

Competent staff trying to make your experience a positive exemplary one. Great location to shop and explore Chicago. Facilities are top notch. top notch facilities. Ideal location.

This was not our first time at the Chicago Four Seasons. We keep going back because of the outstanding service and amazing staff! From check-in to check-out everything is first rate.

Had another wonderful stay at the Chicago Four Seasons. It has been nearly 10 years since my last visit and it did not disappoint. The relatively recent renovations spruced up the already wonderful property. The service is just so personal and attentive with our being to formal. The lobby bar has some of the best cocktails in the city and the special treat of the handshake speakeasy made for a unique visit. And then the beautiful two bedroom suite felt like we moved into a penthouse apartment. We will be back.

The Four Seasons in Chicago is one of the best hotels in the city. Having stayed at most of the other 5-star properties in Chicago, The Four Seasons ranks towards the top. The staff is courteous and helpful, the food is fresh and tasty and the property itself is luxurious and inviting. Whether traveling for business or with a large family, you can’t go wrong staying at The Four Seasons in Chicago.
