Best Western O'Hare/Elk Grove Hotel

Checking in took long time. 1 employee that wasn't n hurry to get done. Rooms were smaller than usual

Excellent property and close to convention centers.

The service was awesome, the shuttle drivers to and from the airport were very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. The roo was very comfortable. The only negative remark I would have was that the room had had some water damage to the ceiling sometime in the past. That said I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Airport shuttle starts at 7am, so for people with early flight, you need to get another way of transport

I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I have to say that this one is one of the best if not best that I have stayed in so far. Value for money it is by far the best. It is clean, tasteful, comfortable beds and room, bathroom not huge but decent and clean and up to date. it is tastefully decorate. the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The gym is decent and provides a decent work out. And the breakfast is by far one of the best free ones that I have had in a long time. Real eggs, sausage and potatoes, good strong coffee, waffles, bagels, oatmeal, and fresh yoghurt. And the dining area is very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!
