Best Western O'Hare/Elk Grove Hotel

Roommates were clean, however AC was really noisy couldn't get good sleep. Main issue was with the airport shuttle, it took me 1.5hour to get on, even though I was at terminal 1 I was instructed to head to terminal 5 for pick up. Shuttle only starts at 7am and I had a early flight so I ended up having to get Uber, this should be disclosed in the information package.

Room size is big enough

Breakfast is very poor. Single use plastic dishes. Cleaning is done haphazardly. Carpets are sticky with dirt. Reception never provided with invoice requested on place and ignores messages after. First time faced such disgusting experience in Best Western hotels

the staff was really helpful, and the people at the front desk were very friendly and amazing.

My favorite part of this stay was the manager. She was very welcoming and helpful.

Construction vehicles started way to early in the morning and I could hear them over my noise machine and ear plugs

Very accomodating staff. Clean property. Just a bit noisy from highway close by, tv on in next room, refrigerator & toilet running. But a set of ear plugs can solved those problems! Breakfast buffet offered a selection of bagels to toast, eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal & juices. I had a lovely stay at a very good price !

Needed a night to rest after an international flight and this hotel was perfect. Right by Ohare, water wasn’t included which I didn’t know but the bed/mattress/pillows were like clouds :) Definitely recommend.
