Está bien para una noche de estadía corta , el hotel está un poco deteriorado y los baños un poco descuidados. Tienen transporte desde el aeropuerto lo que sirve si estás de paso en Chicago.

Good location good service

This hotel advertise an airport shuttle but they don’t say that it only starts operating at 7am. It doesn’t make sense since most people’s flights are 7-8am. Usually shuttles start operating at 5.30am or 6am the latest to be able to serve most of people who are using those airport hotels to stay over night and catch a flight in the morning. I felt mislead!

We stayed for one night on a layover. Everything was great! The only issue was the housekeeping staff outside my room starting at 7 am all laughing and joking with each other. Otherwise, breakfast was great, front desk was great!

The hotel is clean

The hotel offer a shuttle from the airport but the telephone is not working. I had to pay 28 US. Arriving to the hotel I complain but the lady in the front desk threatened me to cancel my reservation. This woman really needs customer service training

It’s a good place just to stay a couple nights.
