"Missleading hotel name"

We had an awful experience. We were not aware that there are 2 Best Western O'Hare close to the airpit. We arrived at the airport late and did not have cellular service in the US. We asked the cab driver to take us to the BW O'Hare. He took us to the one that is closed for repair and turn us away. He then drove us to several hotels until one had a room for us. Not only did we have to pay for the room in the other BW O'hare but had to pay a total of $325 US in cab fares and hotel costs in finding a replacement room at midnight.
