Best Western O'Hare/Elk Grove Hotel

We flew in late on a Saturday night. We thought there would be a free shuttle to the hotel. My husband called the hotel and they said the shuttle service ended at 1130 pm. We had to take an uber to the hotel. The next morning we assumed we could get shuttle to airport whenever we needed. Thankfully my husband asked the hotel clerk and he was informed that we had to schedule the shuttle. This was not very convenient for us snice the whole reason for booking the hotel was free and easy shuttle service in between flights. The hotel is also about 15 minutes from the airport. Other than that the hotel was old but clean and had a great free breakfast. The clerk was friendly and did answer the phone immediately when we called.

Nice big room. Good value for a night.

After being up 24 hours, traveling from Rome, this was a breath of fresh air! Excellent.

We thought that luggage storage was free but on request they initially said that there was no storage, but after complaining, the manager said we could leave our stuff at a price. Is a 25 minute ride in the shuttle bus, which goes hourly. Not too much within walking distance, but there is a super buffet grill across the road, and a Subway and petrol station opposite

The beds were not comfortable at all. The food was done neatly.
