There was a family reunion and they took over the pool. There was no towels, no space, clearly no one enforcing the rules. The pool was packed with adults who brought in glass bottles of alcohol. I had three small kids to play in the shallow end of the pool and it was too crowded with adults.

One pool too small for the crowd that visits this facility. I paid to have access and there were no available seats.

Staff were great, front of house team exceptional, app contact a welcome touch and facilities deliver overall on expectations.

Sounds picky but thin walls…although a short stay with limited in-room time, we could hear one side arguing and when they were having phone calls, and their TV which was on constantly! The other side had a younger child who was vocal, lets say.
