Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

The location was the best part by far of the property.

The property is WAY overpriced for the service and conditions. I understand they are charging because it’s waterfront, but a higher commitment to service that matches the price would be appreciated. They didn’t have the crib for my infant that I was promised. The amenities in the room left much to be desired - no makeup remover, poor quality and too few towels, no linens for the pullout sofa in the room, etc. I expect these things for $450 a night.

The hotel itself was very nice BUT the bed was very high and the toilet was very low

Over priced. Additional charges for water and parking unexpected. The sense of being nickel and dimed was unpleasant, and the charges were exhorbidant

The beachfront was great. The parking was easy and plentiful.

No fridge in the rooms. No coffee in the room. No cups. No bucket for ice. Trash left in the room.

The general manager and Tyler at the sandbar were great. Had a great experience.
