We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and always have a great experience. The rooms are so nice with a great view of Lake Michigan. The front desk has been exceptionally nice, especially Kia.

Such an amazing hotel! Bernard at the front desk was incredible — he went above and beyond to make my stay great. He gave me so many helpful local recommendations and was always willing to help with anything I needed. I had a great trip and an incredible view of the Riverwalk!
