Appreciate Claudio’s room service!

Perfect stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was wonderful. Kia and Juan members of the hotel staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast room service from Palmas was delicious and the perfect way to start the day. The bathroom featured both a shower and a bathtub, and the spacious tub was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The bar at Amuse was a great spot to enjoy a drink, and the flatbread was absolutely delicious. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better being within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile’s restaurants and shops. The beds were so comfortable that I slept like a log, and the room was peaceful with no noise at all. The gym, located on the top floor, was spacious, had excellent equipment, and offered another beautiful view. Everything about my stay was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Please replace Heather as the manager of the Swissotel Chicago. She could not have been more uncaring or unfeeling or unhelpful when I needed to tap-to-pay to reserve my room there. Do not stay at the Swissotel Chicago. Do not stay in any Accor hotel. I got there after a nine hour plane flight, was refused accommodation, and further, she insisted on charging me for the first night of a stay she would not allow me to have, all because I needed to tap my phone in 2026 to pay for incidentals.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Really enjoyed my interaction with Tracy Taylor on the housekeeping team. She was so friendly and noticed that I had brought up a couple of extra hand towels from the fitness center. She left me more hand towels, without my having to ask. So lovely and thoughtful.

I had a great stay. The hotel is fantastic. Room was lovely, quiet and spacious; the view of Lake Michigan and Navy Pier is amazing. Staff were professional and friendly. I particularly liked your gym. I was here for a conference and the location was convenient for after conference stuff.

Our family of 3 had a fantastic experience during my recent stay at the Swissôtel Chicago. Everything about the property is top-notch, but I have to give a special shout-out to Kia at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of her way to be helpful. The amenities here really set the hotel apart. The penthouse fitness center on the 42nd floor is a huge highlight; working out with those panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline is a unique experience. I also really appreciated the room layout, specifically the deep soaking tub, which was so helpful for bathing our toddler and relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location is ideal as well—you are right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to get to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier, or the Magnificent Mile. Highly recommended

I have been to this hotel several times. This most recent time I had the pleasure of working with Simona Eversley. I know dealing with people is a tricky experience, but I saw her shine. She was working with another guest who I think told her he was having a bad day. She immediately responded with something along the lines of, “Let’s see how we can make it better!” The amount of empathy in her was beautiful. Sometimes it’s hard to maintain that dealing with the public who can be quite demanding sometimes. Simona; however, showed that she is ready to help folks have a better day! Thank you, Simona, for bringing a smile to my face even while you weren’t working directly with me!! I’m looking forward to the next time I get to interact with you!

Great location,close to Hyatt under pedestal 3 minutes to get to my meeting.Lobby was very warm and welcoming I really enjoyed the lighting after 5 pm . I had breath taking views of Lake Michigan. Enjoyed the shower separate from the Tub. . I wanted to send a shout out to Kia at the front desk she was very accommodating with a late check out . Will be visiting soon for a leisure stay.
