The location was good

There was no pool breakfast was expensive no microwave and if we wanted one it would have been an additional $35. That should’ve been included in the price or at least have a community microwave.

The location was fantastic with views of Navy Pier and the Riverwalk and close proximity to both, and Mag Mile and other landmarks. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. The rooms were an excellent size and the bathroom was lovely. This was our first trip to Chicago and overall it was great.

As far as the room, the only negative was poor lighting. I feel like there were a number of hidden fees that were not fully disclosed when using Booking.com to make the reservations. It was not until I arrived and I was charger extra that I found out about the additional charges, which was disappointing. I would have liked to know this during planning.
