Lovely view of Kiso River. The breakfast was reasonably stocked. I especially loved the tea bar with various types of tea that I have not tried. And the tea bar is available throughout the day! Onsite onsen was a bonus. Room was spacious and comfortable

"Kiso Fukushima is a good town to stay."

Onsen, washing facilities, breakfast included. If you have a river view, ensuite room it might be a good place to stay. Good for a short visit only perhaps

Single rooms had no windows so did not take advantage of fresh evening air or views. Bit claustrophobic. There was no shower facilities other than the onsen. A sink in the room would have been helpful along with a mirror. Arrivng at 2.50 pm and being told to wait, along with many others, till 3pm check in seemed a bit pedantic and unfriendly, setting the tone for the whole stay. Staff did not engage with guests at all and were not visible. Location is on the edge of town so not an easy walk with luggage. Poor designed with no natural ventilation... evening air was so cool and fresh but no windows were opened or had fly screens so corridors etc quite stuffy.

Ryokan style rooms with western beds. Location was well located for our hiking plans. Loved being so close to the river.

Just a bit outdated but very comfortable. Meals were good.

By the river, the property had great views. Triple room was good sized with plenty of amenities available including washing machine/ dying machine. Breakfast and tea time menu was good
