The spacious room.

The staff didn’t check on the safe during the routine check, it didn’t work and we had to call the front desk.

"Good value hotel. Great as a base for exploring."

Well situated for both Kiso town and exploring further afield. The room was comfy, a bit cold at night, overlooking the river. We had dinner one night which was a good fulfilling basic meal. Breakfast was varied with both Japanese and more western options. Access to free hot and cold drinks all day. Excellent onsen. Very good value for money.

The only place to sit is in reception which was a bit chilly in the evening. Staff were a reluctant to offer extra towels for the onsen.

Nice hotel by the River. Dinner and breakfast included and 24 hr drinks and coffee. Onsen was clean and tattoo friendly.

Excellent food, friendly staff and a lovely onsen.

The hotel was under renovations at the time so there was some noise and access issues from time to time. This did not really impact our stay and the upgrades would make serious improvements to the hotel.
