El Cid Granada

Extremely disappointing place Bedroom full of mosquitoes and cockroaches Terrible bed Had to pay for parking, internet Floor had never been swept Dated bedroom Left the property ASAP

Staff was great

I loved this hotel it was very beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. The only issue I had was when checking in we had to wait almost 30 mins for them to find out reservation

We did not understand that the all-inclusive part of our booking was only buffets, and that we could not get room service, or make reservations in any of the hotel restaurants. If it was the case, everything would have been awesome on this very slow week. Most of the hotel portions were closed, and most closed off to us for dining. I gave it 4 out of 5 while reviewing, but in reality that part was a 2 at best. We just didn't realize we would be put in the cafeteria with a bunch of kids. And the hotel really needs an adults only section.

Front desk and lobby staff were excellent and very helpful.

It was a quick couples trip for my parents. They really enjoyed staying at an all-inclusive resort.

Nice place the Grande area much quieter however you have to go across the street fir eating entertainment other than that it is fine.

The staff at El Cid Granada were amazing. They were very attentive and helpful. The hotel location was great and the room was really nice.

quiet, peaceful, very friendly, close to many things to do, across the street from the beach, entertainment every night.
