The hot water would run out before you finish taking a shower. We reported the slow drain in the downstairs bathroom.

"The room was nice but not worth $300 for the extra fee for Millie."

I like the way the room was set up especially the bathroom area. There was a mirror and a counter outside of the bathroom.

I thought the extra $100 charge for a 10 pound dog,that doesn’t shed, was a little excessive. When I made the reservation, I did not see an extra charge listed anywhere when I made the reservation. The dog is potty trained, and is hypoallergenic so a “special” cleaning fee was not necessary.

"Amazing breakfast staff!"

I must speak specifically about Nilda, the lady that primarily handled the breakfast duties during my month long stay. She is OUTSTANDING. Breakfast was always well stocked and hot. Nilda is polite, extremely cordial, and goes out of her way every morning to provide a great start to the day. It’s difficult to think of enough good things to say about her. She is an asset to your team at Residence Inn!
