Residence Inn Palo Alto Mountain View

The service staff was great, breakfast outstanding. Noise from the adjoining unit was somewhat bothersome.

It works as a business hotel. I saw the penthouse rooms and the suite in 4 story tower. Tower is more modern and updated and bathroom especially nice decor and large so went w suite over penthouse and stairs and uneven walkway to the back entrance. Staff so kind and helpful, Josh and Tianna. Gym fine but very small. Housekeeping doesn’t do much. They made the bed and put out new towels but toilet, kitchen sink, counters not cleaned. Everything was going fine until last night. That’s when I had very rude loud neighbors and could hear them having sex and talking through the shared wall. Absolutely awful. Went on until midnight. If you are reading this and were in room 1445, you should be ashamed by how obnoxious you were. Never slept on my final night because I was so upset by the late and long running noise

Nice kitchen. Free breakfast is a plus.

Nice place very underrated

The personnel were wonderful. Very helpful and pleasant. And the place has easy very access to the entire Bay Area / Silicon Valley region.

The equipment and facilities are a bit dated. The place could use a renovation.

Staff were friendly. Food was good. Area was nice.

Heat wasn’t working and the door and window seals were not keeping the cold air out. The room was cold and I could feel a breeze of cold air coming in through what was not sealed.
