The Springwater B&B

It was great. Service and staff especially We had a mishap that was resolved quickly and amicably. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Beautiful room, amazing king bed, beautiful bathroom (loved the tub!), friendly staff. Great breakfast. Quiet and super clean. Adorable dog Abby is a highlight. Give her pets whenever possible. Perfect spot for a couple before a show at SPAC and to explore downtown the next day! Would love to come back for a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the bar restaurant was great and the location to the track is unbelievable.

My wedding party and I were repeatedly denied service at The Springwater Bed and Breakfast despite weeks of reaching out. Management cited Skidmore graduation as a “busy weekend” but would not explain why we couldn’t book rooms that were available. We made it clear that we had no interest in using common spaces, agreed to their 3-night minimum, requested multiple suites and rooms, and even offered to rent the entire inn. After giving me the runaround, they agreed to allowing us to rent out the entire place, but never followed up with rates as promised. This unresponsiveness and inconsistency is extremely unprofessional, and with their calendar not even open for our dates (still nine months out), it feels borderline discriminatory. I would not recommend this establishment.

This is our second time staying at the Springwater B&B and looking forward to coming back next year. The inn is clean and really beautiful and excellent staff. Highly recommend this B&B

After my AirBandB host cancelled my reservation for an illegal and discriminatory reason I found this lovely and welcoming BandB. The location is fantastic and it was truly accessible to those with mobility issues. The wide ramp to enter, first floor room with a roll in shower, the elevator to get upstairs or downstairs if needed. Plenty of room on the outdoor porch and inside the dining area. The breakfast was incredible. Coffee was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature easily controlled. Staff all very, very nice. They welcomed my service animal and treated him like a guest. An easy 10 minute walk to Saratoga Springs racecourse and a more difficult uphill journey to the town. The location was ideal. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot all weekend. I would most definitely stay here again.
