Fantastic!!! Great breakfast…beautiful home

We checked into the hotel around 4pm. There was a major storm shortly after we moved in. All power was lost except the halls. After the storm, we went for a walk, and when we returned the power was still off, even at 8pm. Dark and useless room. We had business docs to work on as well as 1 medical piece of equipment needed. The front desk person the manager's mother both said if we check out 'of course we'll refund your money' NOPE. Had we know that we would have just left our stuff in there instead of moving out when we did, hoping the power would come back on. Instead, based on their assurance of a refund, we moved out to a hotel downtown with power. NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE after numerous attempts to contact the manager. Nothing. Hotels. com reached out. The B&B refused. NEVER recommending this again. And, NO we were not going to use the hall to use our equipment as suggested! Also poor parking; we had to park 2 buildings away at a restaurant. The front desk clerk was also a bit...salty, even upon our arrival. So- big NO to this place, and we are seniors that travel the country. With many relatives near the B&B. We've warned them and all their business associates to not stay there. Sometimes you have to understand you need to accommodate a customer, even if the event 'wasn't your fault' Consumer beware.....

What a lovely bed and breakfast/inn. We were in the alternate building (which is diagonally across the street), which was fine but I think next time we will book in the B&B itself. Breakfasts were amazing, room was spotless, and staff was extremely kind and helpful. We loved Abbey the corgi too! Such a pretty area to visit in the fall. We hope to be back!

My family rented out the entire B&B for my wedding weekend. It was so amazing, words cannot describe how perfect it was. Beautiful places for pictures and gatherings. The rooms are so so nice and everything is very updated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

This beautiful bed and breakfast has all the charm of a historic building, but all the advantages of a brand-new site, which it is. Thoughtfully appointed in the best of taste, everything is quite perfect. And there's even an elevator to the second floor. The proprietor who greeted us was friendly and helpful and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely a five-star stay.

We arrived at the Springwater at 1:30. The front door was locked, no one around. I realize that check-in was 3:00, but shouldn’t there be a staff member working to make sure that the needs of the guests are met? We called the phone number, no answer. Finally, the cleaning lady showed up, and was able to let us in, so that we could at least use the bathroom. We decided to take a drive, and come back in a few hours. Later that day, we were checked in, and escorted to our room. Perhaps it was my fault, but when I booked my room, I thought I was staying in the beautiful B&B. No. We were escorted to their “sister building,” which was over the nearby restaurant, on the street corner. Although the room was clean, and tastefully decorated, my husband, and I, were serenaded by the constant cars, trucks and buses driving by our window. I don’t feel that our room justified paying over $300 a night.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while attending an event at the SPAC. Super convenient location, charming room with thoughtful touches, amazing breakfast… I can’t say enough about it.

I absolutely loved staying at this sweet Bed & Breakfast. The staff were so kind and hospitable. We stayed in the Empire Room which was so big and pretty with and had an amazing bath tub. Perfect for a cozy stay. Will definitely be back!
