Everyone was so nice and the made to order breakfast was the best close to the track and downtown easy walk

Adorable B&b with amazing breakfast and great location. Not used to having to leave the room to use the bathroom but it wasn’t all that bad. Great little rustic restaurant below the rooms. Clean and comfy

Super pleasant and attentive staff and very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast. A comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. I rented a room with a separate bathroom which wasn’t ideal. Next time I would ensure the bathroom is inside the room. Also, I would have liked the bottled water replenished each day. The breakfast was wonderful and the food in the restaurant/pub downstairs was excellent. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Delightful Delicious

Staff was great and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Coincidentally during our stay, there was a terrible storm that took out all electricity in the B&B. None of the rooms windows were able to open and without air conditioning and open windows. The room got very stuffy and still for several hours. Electricity was restored in the middle of the night sleeping a bit more comfortable. Great for walking to the racetrack and into town.

The staff was so welcoming. I'm a mattress and pillow snob. Both were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again next year.

Friendly, nicely decorated and spotless, renovated large bathroom

Our first time staying at B & B. Staff was very friendly, breakfast every day was excellent, absolutely delicious food served for breakfast. Our room was great, we stayed in the East Lake room, comfortable bed, super high but with stools to get up. Bathroom has an awesome three head shower, everything was super clean. We really enjoyed our time and will return.
