The Springwater B&B

The Springwater Inn is a beautifully restored B&B. It is located in a residential area. The historic building has a cozy bar (great cocktails) and restaurant. We will definitely return.

Our stay was truly unforgettable. We can not wait to go back. Service was excellent, breakfast was perfect, too. Truly exceptional place and staff. You feel home away from home and the atmosphere is an amazing one.

A perfect luxury getaway at the heart of the magical sources of Saratoga. Comfort, coziness, quiet times and great breakfast prepared fresh based on preferences. The historic building and rooms is perfectly maintained and genuine. We will be back!

Very quiet and clean and spacious. Delicious breakfast. Fireplace was the best fireplace ever!

We stayed in the suite the weekend before Christmas and had a fantastic time. The fireplace warmed up the whole suite in no time and offered lovely ambiance. The bathroom alone is worth it, with the deepest tub I've ever taken a long soak in. The breakfast was delicious and we opted to get it both mornings rather than trying for a table somewhere downtown. All together we had a cozier, more inclusive stay at half the price compared to a similar stay at The Adelphi on a previous holiday stay over. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice large rooms, quiet, family atmosphere, excellent breakfast and hosts, everything was perfect! We look forward to staying again soon! I'd like to say an extra thank you to the hosts! My son forgot his backback with his school laptop and ipad after we checked out and we only realized it when we got back home in NYC. The host found it and shipped it back the next day! Thank you!

My partner and I had a great, though too short, stay at this nice, quaint B&B in Saratoga Springs. It is family run and we felt great about supporting a local, family-run business. The breakfast was freshly made to order by the owner and another chef and it was absolutely delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and huge, and the bathroom was very nice and spacious. The gas fireplace in the room made it cozy on a cool fall evening and the view of the street from the balcony was adorable and quintessentially fall. I rarely leave reviews on hotels or B&Bs but this one was so lovely I felt like I had to write the review. We felt absolutely at home and have every intention of returning.

Immaculate, cozy and yet spacious. Best breakfast we have ever had. From the home made muffins to pumpkin pancakes and eggs Bob breakfast sandwich! Yum. Walkable to town. Very friendly staff and adorable corgi! We will make this our go-to accommodation for Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend!
