The staff here are genuinely warm and accommodating — from the restaurant to reception, everyone has a welcoming attitude that makes it easy to ask for things. Requests are handled without fuss. The beach club is refreshingly quiet with no music, which I appreciated. Food is delicious — both lunch and dinner are solid, and the pizza deserves a special mention. Overall, it’s a lovely calm retreat. Great location, and there’s a Matcha Mama nearby where you can grab coconut water (much better than what they serve on the beach) and other tasty bits.

For what they charge, the rooms are daylight robbery. Dirty windows, debris constantly falling from the roof onto your belongings — I left my suitcase open and it ended up covered in some kind of grit. I booked a beach cabana, and honestly, it was little more than a shack. I cannot fathom how they justify €380 per night for it. Everything desperately needs renovation; the room quality feels like a two-star hotel at best. And to top it off, I had a massive cockroach take up residence in my bathroom — I was genuinely afraid to go in there. Breakfast is appalling. You get a bit of fruit and bread — that’s your included breakfast. No eggs, nothing hot. After a week of the same bread, I was thoroughly sick of it. Everything else is à la carte. For a place at this price point, it’s unacceptable.

The room was very spacious, clean and nice and in good location.

The breakfast is continental, and you only get one slice of bread. If you ask for more, they charge you for the extra bread and even add a service charge, despite us staying at the hotel. The prices are ridiculously high.
