"Superb location, beautiful heritage property - highly recommend"

The BEST location in Kandy, high up and overlooking the lake and Temple of the Tooth but only 10 mins walk via a shortcut. Lovely heritage property, vast room, beautiful gardens, lovely infinity pool with views over the city, very friendly and helpful staff.

Can’t think of anything - we loved it.

Setting and fabulous staff

Asking for a restaurant recommendation and being recommended a crap place up the road owned by the same company. And not being told it as part of the group. Seriously !! Wedding photo shoot that went on all day. felt embarrassed to walk about the property whilst the photo and video shoot went on all day

"Une maison unique dans un cadre exceptionnel"

Un lieu exceptionnel et magnifique. Un havre de paix dans Kandy. Tout est faisable à 10 / 15 min à pied. Très beau mobilier d’époque. Un hôtel à s’offrir pour passer un moment dépaysant.

S’il fallait faire une critique : comme la maison est d’époque, les portes sont difficiles à ouvrir et fermer à clé et la douche je fonctionne pas toujours très bien.

"Very nice quant and quiet accomodation in a very busy city"

We had a very nice room seperate from the main house! The breakfast was great and the coziness of the hotel is very nice too. It is also very close to the center of town but still in a very nice quiet area.

The rooms in the main house were big, one was even too big, but some furniture in the main house could use an upgrade
