Microwave didn’t work. Needed more linens.

Front desk women was nice.

Dirty. Gross. The bed had been slept in. I left after 45 minutes. No to no towels. Mice traps all over.

The room was decent size, but unfurnished with a coffee pot or any dishes whatsoever to use. It was clean at least and didn't smell.

I specifically told both Booking.com and the hotel that we needed a 1st floor room with a handicapped shower. I even made a special trip to the hotel and spoke with Jay(Manager) and his girlfriend on Thursday before my reserved date. I was told that the handicapped room was unavailable and already rented out being used, but I was given Room #211 instead by Jay and his girlfriend and assured they would insert a handicapped chair to use in the bathtub. We got to the hotel and I went to speak to Lilly, the gal working the check in. I gave her my name and the room number that Jay and his girlfriend told me I would get. Lilly was confused and said that room #211 was already rented out and occupied so I told her to call and get Jay on the phone since that is what he told me to do if any problems, so Lilly did that. I explained to her that both myself and my friend, Mike, were handicapped and needed a shower chair because we cannot get in and out of a bathtub. I told her this twice. She said that when Jay and his girlfriend got to the hotel they would bring one to our room, however, that never happened! In addition, there were no bath towels in the bathroom to use and only hand towels! How ridiculously rude! We also had trouble with the TV remote not working and Mike went to the office and was given a different remote to try. He went back to the room and it still didn't work so he had to walk back over a 2nd time (since there are no phones in the rooms to use to call the checkin office) to tell them the TV wasn't working so then a Maintenance guy brought over a different TV to use and then the TV finally worked, but there was no guide button on the remote to be able to see what channel you were on or what program was on each station. In addition, I was informed that a breakfast would be provided, however, at check in, Lilly said there was no breakfast at all! Basically everything that could go wrong, did go wrong!

Absolutely nothing, I would never stay in a place like this. Dirty, disgusting, and no amenities at all. They should close this place down.
