The manager continues to break the law by charging a pet fee that he instituted without any notice. When I discussed the issue with him and told him that he was illegally collecting money from the residents, he basically told me that he can do whatever he wants. He claims that the pet policy has been in effect for a long time. But when I asked him to show me proof of the pet policy in writing he couldn't do so. I printed off and gave him a copy of the state statute which states that you have to give 30 days notice to implement any new fees. He ignored it.

There's nothing to like.They have bed bugs.The place is nasty and the little kids run up to us and ask us if we're gonna take them away.That's crazy worthplace i've ever been in my life FILTHY

Tear it down, that would make it better.
