no tv remote in room tv was 8 feet away from bed, towels were thin as paper, no chain on security latch front door, smelled light by bed did not work glad i only booked for one night. should have taken up the attendant to check room before having her charge the card. would have gone someplace else if would have actually gone to the room first

Close to family. Price was in my range at the time. Pictures looked nice.

Mold on celling, floors and tub. Appliances broken and rusted. High water damage in one room and blood on bed. Living space furniture extremely stained and had to air the room out all day and night. No closet doors, bathroom toilet roll fixtures, only soap and hand towels for bath towels. The front of the building doesn't look like that at all. Stairs falling apart. Light fixtures no cover and extremely dusty.

I booked two rooms with two queen sized beds, but when I checked in they didn't have any. They upgraded one of the rooms to a penthouse and took off the taxes for me since I didn't get the rooms I originally booked. I also got one room with a king sized bed.

The room with the king sized bed was dirty and some of the lights didn't work in the place. Also the swimming pool was closed even though it's still summer.

Didn’t have a breakfast at all. Miss advertising as even the check lady. Said that they didn’t offer a breakfast. It took them three rooms before I found in to sleep in. Discussed with the service.

A nicer facility for starters. Bathroom door Jan all busted as someone had kicked door in word and busted the wood framing and split it up. Empty water behind the bathroom door.
