I was there 11 days. They did not clean my room. I clean my own room and had to beg them several times. I WILL NEVER stay at your property again and I will tell my friends to do the same

The bed mattress has dark bloodstains, the toilet ran for the entire time. The water in the tub did not drain. Underneath the toilet seat were fecie (boo-boo) stains. The cabinets in the kitchen area were very dirty.

This was a nice stay at a decent place. The layout of two bedrooms (one up, one down) was nice for us and two kids. The full kitchen was very nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was nice size and clean. 1st day the TV was not connected and the Shower control keep going to the highest hot position, the soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers in the shower area did not work at all. The kitchen had trash in the waste dispenser and there was very limited silverware... no spoons, 1 fork, and 5 butter knives
