Location is great, near the old town but quiet on weekdays. Its not too modern but good value for the price

Communication is difficult. Italian is only language and messages are not clear. We had some serious problems with reservation just three days before arriving and I needed to contact Booking to find out what is going on. We solved the problem but still host continued her demands when we arrived and situation was very unconfortable. + I had booked room with two separate beds and got only one big bed.

The location is really good! There is an open market that starts in front of the property and gets some blocks. It's wonderful! Also is near of everything.

The shower head is just that type you can showering holding it by your hand. There were 3 beds in the room, but just one was good, the others one were old and not comfortable When I arrived, the person responsible for receiving me forgot her phone on hers brother house and also forgot about my arrival, even though we were talking the whole evening and she knew my arrival time. So I had to wait outside for 30 minutes, and after calling a lot, hers brothers answered her phone and helped me to get into the property. But he also had to call me again to explain everything to me once he didn't know how to do it. It was around 9 pm and I was really worried. Maybe it's better to inform the guests how to get into the property by them selves. A lot of places do it, and it works.

Pefectly located and very friendly host! Amazing stay to discover the city.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it creacked and was a bit hard. Although it still was a perfect stay!

Location,air conditioner

Despite being advertised as apartments, there was no kitchen or kitchenware—no plates, forks, spoons, or knives. The apartment itself looked outdated and in need of renovation. We stayed for 6 nights, and during that time, not once were our towels changed, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating. Although it was supposed to start at 11 AM, we were not allowed to enter until 12 PM. The only positive aspect was the location. The apartments are situated in the very center of the city, yet surprisingly, it’s quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately, this one perk does not make up for the numerous shortcomings.

Water wasn't running for a few hours, but it was the city's fault, not the place's.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre, in a clean and quiet street close by all the main attractions. The room was very simple, just two beds and a table, but it has air conditioning, which is much needed during summer months. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. I booked it because it was the cheapest accommodation in the area, the price was competitive, so I would recommend it.

Just a note: I feel like the walls and doors are very thin, so we were woken up at night and in the morning because of another guest issue. My suggestion is to bring hear plugs if you choose to book this accomodation.

Mary was a very nice host and the location was definitely the past part as it was right in the centre! The bathrooms were shared but Mary is keeping them very clean at all times.

The AC from outside could be quite loud at times.
