Lobby and the charger in the room nothing else

It was filthy carpets in the room and restaurants, dirty windows, cracked windows, old worn out furniture, completely overpriced because of the location. Worst chicken wings i have ever eaten, tables in the restaurant were dirty too, sticky, oily stains on the carpet etc

My husband and I were at this Hilton last weekend as we were in town for a wedding. Wanted to shout out to the super amazing staff, especially Andrew Taylor, for making our stay a great one. We will definitely be back. Also, amazing view from our room. 😊

I want to start by recognizing Andrew, the bellman—he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely eager to help and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Truly a 10/10 employee and a major asset to this hotel. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet that same standard. The rooms had a noticeable mildew smell, and the service at breakfast was among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I regret not catching our waitress’s name, but her attitude and level of service were unacceptable and not reflective of what guests should expect. Honestly, if it weren’t for Andrew and the hotel’s location, this stay would not have earned any stars. The hotel needs a serious reset—starting with building a team around employees like him.

Filthy carpets in the room, dirty sticky tables on n the restaurant and the food was really bad. Dity balcony, dirty windows, furniture all old and worn out. Only the lobby is up to standard. Completely overpriced because of its location.
