The shower. It was very hard to turn the water off all the way.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location was great for what we were in town for.

The beds were super uncomfortable and small, shower know kept getting stuck and hard to turn off and on, food was very overpriced at the restaurant and not very good, pizza that we ordered was overcooked, had 3 options for pizza but was told they were out and could only make one kind, had trouble with the air conditioner all night, wouldn't keep the room cool. My whole family was miserable all night long. No complimentary breakfast available.

I was charged for an ocean view but the room was not.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Room was noisy. Bed is uncomfortable. Bed sheets and pillow cases did not smell fresh, I don’t think sheets and pillows cases were changed. Bathroom was not clean. Shower floor was slippery, not clean. Charged $10 for self parking.
