Evening front desk wasn’t friendly, musty inside room

Shower was not hot

The front desk staff was really friendly. The room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was generous. Coffee was yummy in dining area. But the coffee pantry needed some work.

I didn't have hot water for 2 of the 5 nights I stayed there. The first time it took a while to warm up. Next two days there was none. I also figured out that there was a laundry room above my room. Maybe it was using all the hot water. I mentioned it to the staff.....they said there was an issue with other rooms too. Offered me another room, but it was not a King Room, so I declined.

Good location for where we needed to be. Nice to be on the water.

Rooms are beginning to show their age. Faded carpet in the room. Some furniture that was a bit banged up/torn upholstery. The bathroom is super confined and hard for two people to maneuver around in.

Arrival and service

All was good

The staff was amazing, especially the staff in the breakfast area. The views over the bay are amazing: I stayed on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view. The fridge could be unplugged (=silence) and the Aircon could be switched off (=more silence). There was shampoo available in the shower. There was plenty of free parking on site. The distance to the NASA Visitor Center was minimal and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity as well.

If you are looking to have breakfast please book it in advance. On-site breakfast is quite costly (30$ per day incl. taxes). Unfortunately, the hotel was not able to issue an invoice and told me I have to go through booking - while booking tells me I have to go through the hotel.
