Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa

Honestly, this hotel was average at best and definitely not worth the price or resort fees. The room and bathroom felt very dated, and the “beach view” we booked ended up mostly overlooking the pool with only a partial glimpse of the ocean. Not what we expected. Housekeeping was incredibly disappointing. Our room wasn’t cleaned until around 4 PM, and even then it was barely touched. Towels weren’t replaced, and overall it felt sloppy. To make matters worse, the bathroom didn’t look very clean when we first arrived. The food situation didn’t help either. The restaurant was subpar and the service was slow and inattentive. The buffet especially was not worth the $30/person at all. The outdoor pools were another letdown. They weren’t heated, even though they have the ability to do so, which made it pretty miserable for the kids. Overall, between the condition of the room, poor service, and lack of value, this place just didn’t deliver. Would not stay here again.

Clean hotel with friendly/helpful staff.

We decided to purchase beach chairs with an umbrella late one afternoon. We thought we would sit and relax for a few hours in the afternoon sun. We rented our set up at 4.00 and paid $30. We didn't know that at 5:00 they pick up all of the chairs and umbrellas! I wish they would of have told us that we only had an hour for $30! Beds were not very comfortable and sheets/blankets too thin. Everything thing else was wonderful! We will return to this hotel.

I am only rating the bike rental. It was great and Rachel was very helpful and patient. The bike was in great condition. There was electric and non-electric to choose from.

Breakfast a bit pricey .. everything was good though ... dinner and the location don't have to leave off the resort if don't want to.
