Although it was rainy om Sunday, windy and maybe a bit cold, any day at the beach is a great day. Kudos to Shawn, Beth, Jennifer, Kristina and John at the Barefoot Bar - great service, great personalities and in spite of being very busy - kept a smile. Muhamad and Mustafa - outstanding service, thank you. Also, kudos to Tiffany and the chair set up crew - great work in spite of the weather. You were timely, helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

This is a great place when the weather is warm! Great service, great people. Special recognition to Jennifer, Shawn and John at Barefoots. Also Muhamed and Mustafa and the great service they provide. Also Tiffany and her team at he beach chair set up!

The hotel offered plenty of amenities but I felt as if the staff which were several instances acted deceptively in order to gain to their benefit monetarily

Staff not explaining and helping answer questions and concerns freely. Room not refreshed despite not having a hang tag on the door for privacy, had to call for more towels, checkin host didn’t provide our breakfast vouchers we paid for, being told by restaurant staff that we didn’t pay until I proved it with my booking receipt. Gratuity was included on the breakfast vouchers staff didn’t tell us that instead looked for additional tips. Husbands had difficulty placing a pickup order at the Sandcastle restaurant instead instructed to order from our room where we were charged literally $70 for two pizzas because they wanted to charge service fees to have it delivered to our room. Lastly the pools were not designated for adults only vs family pools because a couple was drunk and making out in front of the kids in the 3ft pool area. Disturbing to say the least.
