"Excellent"

I liked the location of the property. It was easy to go where I needed to go since it was downtown. The one thmg I did not like was the $14.95 for breakfast, which meant I had to leave the property for meals.

Room was dirty, 1 elevator out of service, ice machine broken and water on the floor. Excellent Breakfast and Patricia and all the employees were kind and considerate. Electric doors jammed. Repairs and maintenance poor

"Holiday Inn not what it used to be!"

All floor ice machines broken. One of only 1 of 2 elevators working. Room had broken desk chair and broken commode.No free breakfast like other hotel chains i e. La Quinta, Comfort Inn. Not a good value! This hotel clearly not competitive with other chains. Could be a lot better with good management and good comp breakfast.

I attended an event at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and attention given to making sure I was happy with my accommodations. Alexis at the front desk helped me correct an error I made when booking the room with the wrong bed setup. She could have said no, but she went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer. As an IHG member, I’m happy I have a reliable and pleasant option to stay in Alexandria.
